C.E.R.T. Recognizes A Key Member of the Woodbridge CAP

The following pictures were taken on Tuesday, 27 February 2007 at the monthly Community Advisory Panel (CAP) meeting held at MOTIVA in Seawarn, New Jersey.
It was at this meeting that Lowell Aube, C.E.R.T.
