Course Manager Joe Formola welcomes the candidates back for this session and makes other opening remarks.	The candidates listen as the training session on CERT Team Organization will apply to them.	The candidates seem to be enjoying the session based on the expressions on most of their faces.
"Doc" Lane, our second Course Manager, monitors the class to ensure all important points are covered.		Team member Debbi Hutt monitors the training sessions from the back of the class room - keeping a close eye on the candidates.
