Bob was born in Shanghai, China and raised in Massachusetts.  He came to NJ in 1970 and now resides in Woodbridge.  He has been employed by Middlesex Water Company for 18 years.  He is certified in both CPR and AED.

He has been married for 9 years to Dawn and have a dog Brandi and a cat named Willow.

His hobbies include gardening and landscaping.  He is a huge Boston Red Sox fan.  He and his wife have been renovating there home they bought on Harrell Avenue 3 years ago.

Bob graduated high school in 1965.  He also has multiple certificates for Customer Service from Rutgers and Middlesex County College.  He was inspired to become a member of Woodbridge CERT by the events of 911.
