MEMBERSHIP FORM

To become a member of the Woodbridge Township Community Emergency Response Team, you MUST be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a valid New Jersey driver's license.  Also, you CAN NOT have any current/active affiliation with any law enforcement, fire, and/or EMS agency.
