On 15 February 2007, a 47 year old man walked away from his group home in Edison. Edison contacted Woodbridge Township OEM requesting help to find this man. In less than 45 minutes, six (6) members of the Woodbridge Township Community Emergency Response Team reported for duty. These six members searched designated areas on one of the coldest nights of the year. The letter to the right was sent by His Honor Jun H. Choi, Mayor of the Township of Edison to His Honor John E. McCormac thanking Woodbridge Township for the assistance of the Community Emergency Response Team.

Update: Wednesday, 4 April 2007 -
The missing man mentioned above was found alive and well in Newark, New Jersey. Apparently he got a ride to Newark and was treated for his disabilities at UMDNJ.
